The senior management consists of a marketing expert (a former National Sales Manager of Ranbaxy), a biomedical engineer and an experienced sales manager. An efficient Sales Management with a background in Medical Device Development helps in identifying the current and future trends in disease management and ensures the sales force is well trained with the latest updates in disease diagnosis and management. We have a team of doctors on our advisory board to identify the right strategies to market, position and spread awareness of different products/technologies. More importantly, the team is highly capable of educating doctors on applying the new technologies for better patient care.
Our head office is located in Chennai and we have six branch offices located in Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi. This effectively covers the entire South, West, East and the NCR region. We are currently in the process of expanding to the East and Central part or India which is facilitated by the decentralized nature of our operations. Marketing experts with vast experience in the pharma/medical industry head each branch office and are backed by an energetic and committed sales force. We currently have 40 employees of which 27 are involved in sales.
Since the products we market require a high level of technical knowledge, we sell most of the products through a direct field force. However, our years of experience in this field have given us good distributor contacts with which our local sales force work closely in peripheral markets.
